Carefree on the road

Look at the insurance conditions:

 

Replacement bicycle: In the event of theft or damage, you will receive a replacement bicycle as long as the Carefree on the road package is running and you are in the Bollenstreek.

Theft: Always report the theft as soon as possible. You do not have to pay a deductible in case of theft. You are, however, obliged to report this to the police and you must be in possession of your bicycle key.

Damage: Always report the damage as soon as possible. You do not have to pay a deductible in case of damage. Even if you caused the damage yourself. With the exception of willful abuse of the bicycle. Dog trailers and batteries are excluded from the Carefree on the Road package and cannot be insured.

Costs: The Carefree on the road package amounts 20% of the total rental price. The package is automatically terminated when you return your bicycle.

Camcellation: You can cancel free of charge until 4 p.m. the day before the start of the rental day. You will receive a refund of the total rental costs excluding the costs of the Carefree on the road package.

Not covered: Damage that you make to others with the rented bicycle is not covered.
For this, you need private liability insurance.
