Want to cycle with a (large) group (from 15 persons)? We’ll arrange it for you, up to a maximum of 100 people! Delivery is subject to a minimum rental period of one day, and delivery costs depend on location and times.

Rental Conditions

After booking confirmation, the following conditions apply:

Cancellation:

Up to 3 weeks in advance: cancellation free of charge.

2-3 weeks in advance: 50% cancellation fee.

1-2 weeks in advance: 75% cancellation charge.

Less than 1 week in advance: 100% cancellation charge.

Changes in numbers:

Up to 2 weeks in advance: free of charge.

1-2 weeks in advance: cost remains maximum 50% of original amount.

Less than 1 week in advance: cost remains just 100% as confirmed.

Change of date:

1-2 weeks in advance: free of charge.

Less than 1 week in advance: €25 administration costs.

What is considered as a group?

With a minimal rental of 10 items, we speak of a group.

Can bikes for a group be delivered?

Yes, that’s possible. The calculated transport costs by us depend on the number of rented items and the distance. Contact us for the possibilities.

Is it possible to book a guide for a group?

Yes, this is possible on request. The costs per guide are: € 75 per hour, € 150 per 2 hours, each extra hour € 75. A minimum amount of € 150 applies for renting a guide (or guides).

What is Pop-up Bike Rental?

Pop-up Bike Rental is your own bike rental on location for a short period. From small to big events, we can put up our Pop-up Bike Rental temporarily with you. An extra addition to your event. Try also our electric bikes, tandems or mountainbikes.
